A confusing reservation process and a lack of housekeeping service. We had trouble getting confirmation of our wedding block reservation, and were charged for a room we didn't even know we had reserved.

During our visit to the area, we chose to stay in a new hotel, handedly located near highways. We appreciated that the staff greeted us politely and provided helpful suggestions for local activities. Our expectations were exceeded by the room’s decor and cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, and we had all the amenities we required. Breakfast was adequate. The hotel also had a well-lit parking lot, making us feel safe and secure.

The management did not offer housekeeping services, including the option of clean towels.

The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the city. Additionally, having a free mini fridge and microwave in the room was a great advantage.

I was disappointed by the lack of housekeeping service during our stay. Not having clean towels or a refill of K-cups was frustrating, and it would have been nice to come back to a made bed and a neat room.
